I think some of the cycling club members may benefit from a
little winter cross training..........I have attached a list of the winter
series trail runs, and a start list for Sunday.
The courses start with shorter runs, then progress in length over the winter.
Everyone welcome.
Its a very informal series of runs. Started on a handicap system based on the
runners current pace or from scratch if they don't have past form.
The first one is around the Causwaymire Windfarm, 5 miles, fast and
flat.............unless it is windy of course, although it does stay flattish.
No entry fee, but a £2 donation to the after run refreshments and end of series
memento is expected...
